Many people are becoming involved with Virtual Meetings. For some it is required for work, others for personal reasons such as faith, fun or family and other for more vital issues such as medical check ups. Regardless of where you are in that mix, your computer/camera placement makes a huge difference, and can convey Fact or Fiction about you instantly. I actually am a part of a team interviewing applicants for jobs during the COVID Crisis and how one comes across on camera can have a major impact on being hired. (no pressure)
As you can see by the photo I shared above, I’ve taken some pretty creative and fun approaches to getting the right Camera angle and lighting. I’ve been like so many, working from home and am not going to invest in a bunch of equipment right now. So, I like to “MacGyver” what I can as well as change my surroundings for different projects. I encourage you to get creative and look your best!
